3. Pay and relaxWe pack, deliver and keep you updated on your order page at every step.

Making an offer

• Each product has a minimum price we can accept. Offers below it are turned down automatically, so offer what you think is fair.
• We reply within 24 hours. You’ll see the answer under “Offers”.
• If we accept, you have 24 hours to pay at your offered price. After that the offer expires and the item goes back on sale.
• You can make up to 2 offers per product.

Delivery & fees

• Delivery: same day or next day after payment.
• We deliver across India. Enter your pincode on any product page to see the delivery time.
• A fulfilment fee of ₹399 is added to every order. It covers checking, packing and delivery, and there are no other charges.

Condition grades
